Adjustment measures for problems after bearing installation


When installing, do not directly hammer the bearing end face and non-stressed surface. Press block, sleeve or other installation tools should be used to make the bearing bear uniform force. Do not install by rolling body. If the mounting surface is lubricated, it will make the installation more smooth. If the fit interference is large, the bearing should be heated to 80~90℃ in mineral oil and installed as soon as possible, strictly control the oil temperature does not exceed 100℃, in order to prevent the tempering effect hardness reduction and affect the size recovery. When you encounter difficulties in disassembly, it is recommended that you use the disassembly tool to pull outward while carefully pouring hot oil on the inner ring, the heat will make the bearing inner ring expand, so that it is easier to fall off.

Not all bearings require the minimum working clearance, you must choose the appropriate clearance according to the conditions. In national standard 4604-93, the radial clearance of rolling bearings is divided into five groups: group 2, group 0, group 3, group 4 and group 5. The clearance values are successively from small to large, and group 0 is the standard clearance. Basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operating conditions, conventional temperature and common interference fit; Large radial clearance should be selected for bearings working under special conditions such as high temperature, high speed, low noise and low friction. Small radial clearance should be selected for precision spindle and machine tool spindle bearings; Small working clearance can be maintained for roller bearings. In addition, there is no clearance for the separated bearing; Finally, the working clearance of the bearing after installation should be smaller than the original clearance before installation, because the bearing should bear a certain load rotation, as well as the elastic deformation caused by bearing fit and load.

In view of the sealing defect problem of bearings with inlaid sealing, there are two steps to be strictly carried out in the process of adjustment.

1. Inlaid sealing bearing cover structure is changed to both sides of the bearing, and the installation structure of the bearing is adjusted from the equipment. Direct contact with the bearing is not required, and the bearing is dust-proof from the outside of the bearing. The sealing effect of this structure is higher than that of the bearing itself sold by the bearing agent, which directly blocks the invasion path of granular substances and ensures the cleanliness of the bearing interior. This structure improves the heat dissipation space of the bearing and does little damage to the anti-fatigue performance of the bearing.

2. Although the external sealing method of bearing has good sealing effect, the heat dissipation path is also blocked, so cooling components need to be installed. The cooling device can reduce the operation temperature of lubricant, and the high temperature operation of bearings can be avoided through natural heat dissipation after cooling.
